We strive to provide reliable and timely transportation services. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to working with our clients to resolve issues fairly. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

To receive a full or partial refund, you must cancel your ride in accordance with the following terms:

  • Full Refund:
    Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

  • Partial Refund:
    Cancel 8–23 hours before your scheduled pickup time – subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

  • No Refund:
    No-shows or cancellations made less than 8 hours before pickup are not eligible for a refund.

Service Disruptions or Delays (Our Responsibility)

If your scheduled ride is canceled by [Your Company Name] due to vehicle or driver issues, or if we fail to arrive within a reasonable time frame (e.g., 30+ minutes late) and you choose not to proceed with the trip, you will be eligible for:

  • A full refund, or

  • A rescheduled ride at no additional cost

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
